Hello everyone,
           GEM members have been offered the opportunity to visit IWM Duxford and explore the new D-Day backpacks designed by the IWM PEL team, KIT Theatre and Kirsty Harris. It is an interactive experience for families, designed to commemorate the D-Day landings. It encourages children to re-enact the true story of a pilot and his crew member as they travel round the museum looking for clues as to what happened on D-Day.

The event will run from 2pm to 4pm on Friday 1st November, and is free of charge. Please let me know if you'd like to come at [log in to unmask]
