Kati Price (V&A) and I are researching how GLAM organisations are defining and measuring their KPIs.

The first phase of our research into digital teams and governance (http://bit.ly/structuringdigital) revealed that many of the cultural organisations we surveyed didn’t have a clear digital vision and lacked well defined, well articulated measures of success. So, we're working on a next phase which will focus on how organisations define and measure their digital performance.

Our goal is to understand some of the challenges faced by GLAMs and other cultural organisations, and offer advice to help us all be a little better at defining and measuring digital success.
