The Archives and Records Association (UK & Ireland) published updated ‘resilience indicators’ at the beginning of August 2019. Designed to help archive services and records management teams measure (for internal purposes) their resilience, these indicators are open to anyone to use.

The ARA developed the updated indicators with colleagues in the (UK) Archive Service Accreditation Committee. The ARA is making the indicators free to anyone because this is such an important issue for the wider recordkeeping sector (ie, more than just ARA individual and institutional members).
