Hi, you can use CAT12’s Surface Calculator You either find it on the CAT12 GUI, i.e. CAT12 -> Surface Tools->Surface Calculator, or via SPM12->Batch->SPM->Tools->CAT12-> Surface Tools->Surface Calculator. It works similar to spm_imcalc.
