Dear All,

There are only a few week’s left to apply for this year’s Volunteers for Museum Learning Award, presented by the British Museum and the Marsh Christian Trust. The awards celebrate the contribution of volunteers in museums, galleries and heritage sites all over the United Kingdom. There will be twelve regional winners each of whom will receive a £500 prize. Additionally, an overall national winner will receive a further £2000. The awards will be presented at the British Museum in September.

Individual or group entries are welcome. Volunteers can either apply themselves or else staff members are welcome to apply on their behalf. Multiple entries from the same organisation are welcome.  The application process is short and straightforward. To apply, please visit the British Museum website at http://www.britishmuseum.org/about_us/volunteers/marsh_awards.aspx. The closing date for applications is Friday  5 July 2019.

Best wishes,

Stuart
