Hi, I was wondering if there is a toolbox for SPM that not only quantify the white matter hyperintensities in FLAIR images but also that allows to export the x,y,z MNI coordinates where that lesions are located. Most of toolbox (eg. LST) only report the lesion total volume and the number of lesions. I am specially interested in obtain the specific location of this lesions in each subject. Best, Miguel,
