Hi,

 

I have a question regarding a 2x2 model (gender x diagnostic group) I am running in SPM. There are 4 groups. The male groups have 2x as many participants as the female groups (i.e., 140 versus 70). Is there a way to account for this difference in SPM, perhaps by weighing the contrasts???
