Hello, We're conducting a pre-post task-based analysis on an intervention which causes a change in cardiac output. We would potentially see changes in spatial perfusion within the brain, as well as in the waveform of the hemodynamic response function, between the pre and post sessions. We will attempt to estimate the HRF for each session, rather than use the canonical SPM HRF. Are there any additional processing alterations that would be suggested for analyzing an intervention of this nature? Thank you, Aidan
