Dear CAT experts, I would like to run CAT12 based on my own DARTEL template. I have generated the six DARTEL templates using SPM12 DARTEL toolbox and replaced the corresponding prerequisite DARTEL templates in CAT12. But I found in the relatively new version of CAT12, I also need to input a Shooting template. I am just wondering that need I replace these default Shooting templates with my own Shooting template when I running CAT12? If so, how could I generate my own Shooting template based on my data?
