You said I could send you photos of mum's coat, so you could forward them to your contact, to see if they know of a conservator / collection that might like and look after it.

Coat was bought for Mum, Jean Walker nee Dobson, of Hall Road, Fulwood, Preston, Lancashire by my Dad, Bill (in the late 60s or 70s I think) from Diana Warren in Blackpool https://vintagefashionguild.org/label-resource/warren-diana/

Mum says its pigskin and mink but I don't know if you can get cream coloured mink. It feels like good quality. It's probably a size 16.

It's hardly been worn and is in good condition, having spent most of its life in a cool dark wardrobe.

If it is not of interest to a museum or collector somewhere, no worries, but I'll never wear it and it seems a shame to give it to a charity shop.
