Hi everyone

Just wondering if anybody on this list has done any work into learner personas (personae?), of learners studying for a PGCAP/PGCHE? We talk about this a lot in terms of learner profiles, or personas of our students (i.e. undergraduates/postgrads), but I was wondering if much has been done looking at academics as learners. Particularly from a learning design perspective, if possible.

If you can recommend any publications or projects, please email me directly or post to this list.
Many thanks
Liz.
