Dear All,

Planned changes to open access publishing policies by European research funding bodies, including UKRI and the Wellcome Trust will affect many of us, either directly if we receive funding from these organisations, or indirectly because of the implications for journals and learned societies.

The Society for the Social History of Medicine has launched a consultation about this, which you can access here: https://sshm.org/portfolio/survey/

The page also provides further details and links to other resources.

Please respond to the survey by 23 January.

And please pass on the link to anyone else who you think might be interested.

With best wishes,
Carsten
