Dear colleagues,

May I please draw your attention to the below:

Free event: February 27th, Edinburgh University, 14.00-18.00

‘Working from the margins: how can UK/Scottish trade unions meet the needs of the contemporary labour force?’

This event will consider how the role of trade unions and collective bargaining should change (or not) given the conditions of the contemporary UK labour market. Discussion will include work and worklessness, retirement, ill health, disabled workers, care eligibility and precarious work.
