Hi Paul, Monthly alerts are set to run on the same day of the month you first set it up - I sometimes find that doesn't happen as expected so it's worth waiting a day if not. It's also worth remembering to check the Spam/Junk mail folder when they're due as I often have them end up in there & have to hoick them out!
