Dear FSL experts, I tried using eddy correction with topup results (without applytopup). Also I want to activate --resamp option and I used the command bellow after using topup: eddy_openmp --imain=Data --mask=Unwarped_mean_b0_brain_mask --acqp=acq_param.txt --index=index.txt --bvecs=Dualbvec --bvals=Dualbvals --topup=Spline_coeff --repol --out=eddy_field_corrected_data --fep --resamp=lsr note: Data is (1b0 volume of the RL+80 dwi volume of the RL+1b0 volume of the LR+80 dwi volume of the LR) It ran without error just "I'm in CPU version of LSResampler " appeared in terminal and unfortunately, the resulted eddy corrected image is a white plane!!! I would appreciated to give me your helpful note.
