Dear All,

 

We are trying to reconstruct a helical structure in Relion3.0 and we get this error in Refine3D step:

 

ERROR:
helix.cpp::updatePriorsForOneHelicalTube(): Helical segments do not come from the same subset!

There error seems to show up no matter what we set on “Update Prior Angles” option. The particles are extracted as tubes using Relion3 also and all the prior info is in the star file.

 

Any ideas and suggestions would be appreciated!
