More than 150 unseen records at the Jersey Archive are now available for
viewing by the public.

The records had previously been closed to public viewing under Freedom of
Information exemptions and some date back up to 100 years.

Among them, islanders can find the "Alien’s Registration Card" of Oscar and
BAFTA-winning screenwriter William Arthur Rose, who lived in the Jersey
from 1964 until his death in 1987.
