Hi, I use both Mendeley and Endnote I found Mendeley more flexible and easier to use but sharing with colleagues who didn't use it was problematic so I've changed back to EndNote for my PhD. My University library supports EndNote really well but our IT department told me to do something that corrupted my whole library (thank goodness for backups).
