Dear Trevor, This is interesting because we also had a problem with stalled requests from BL on the 13th November. However thankfully it was only for one day (we use BLDSS Web instead of Artemail) . It would be interesting to see if anyone else has had a problem. So you may receive a larger number of requests from us than normal.
