Women’s Studies Caucus Award
The Women’s Studies Caucus (WSC) Award is open to ABD doctoral students who will present their Women’s Studies doctoral research in any of the WSC sponsored panels at the annual AAIS conference in Winston-Salem,
North Carolina, March 14-16, 2019. (http://aais.wildapricot.org/conference) . The Womens’ Studies Caucus will award $500 to the best paper read at the 2019 AAIS conference.
Please send your complete paper (15 pages maximum) to the WSC secretary Juliann Vitullo ([log in to unmask]) by February 1, 2019. Your paper will then be forwarded,
without your name, to the WSC members of the jury.
Please take into consideration that you will have to attend the conference in order to receive the award and that no paper can be read
in absentia. The winner will be announced at the Women’s Studies Business meeting at the AAIS conference in March 2019.

NB: Should the letter of acceptance of the paper from the panel/roundtable organizer not available yet, please let Juliann Vitullo know when you are expecting to receive it and send it to her as soon as
it is available.
