Hi FSL Experts, This is Shaoshi. I am currently processing subjects with multiband fMRI data with slice timing. I used FSL (5.0.10) slicetimer to do the slice time correction. Each subject has a range of slice timing from 0 to TR. According to the description of slicetimer, I need to normalise these slice timings to TR and minus off 0.5 (i.e. slice_timing / TR - 0.5), so that the range of values is within -0.5 to 0.5. These values are then passed into slicetimer using option --tcustom. Are the above steps correct? Thank you.
