Dear all

Apologies for any cross-posting

This is just to remind everyone that the call for workshops for NATECLA’s National Conference is still open. Submissions must be received before midnight on Friday 14th December 2018.

We are delighted to report that we will be returning to the excellent Conference Aston in Birmingham due to popular demand. Details of the event are as follows:

• DATE: Friday 5 July (from 13:00) to Saturday 6 July 2019 (closes at 17:15)
• VENUE: Conference Aston, Aston University, Aston Street, Birmingham B4 7ET (within walking distance of Birmingham New Street Station)

Call for workshops

The NATECLA National Conference attracts teaching professionals from across the ESOL, EFL and EAP worlds so is a great CPD opportunity for practitioners at all levels in their careers.

Your workshop should appeal to ESOL teachers, managers, volunteers and other related professionals, practising in the UK and areas of interest could include:

• Practical teaching skills
• Materials writing
• Using ICT
• Assessment
• 14-19 learning
• Pre-entry learning
• Volunteer ESOL teaching
• ESOL policy
• ESOL / English language research
• Refugees / asylum seekers

Remunerations are available.

Find out more and submit your proposal before Friday 14th December 2018: https://www.natecla.org.uk/event/777/Call-for-Workshops-NATECLA-National-Conference-2019-In-Birmingham
