The event will provide open spaces to share, discuss and develop notions about how we are using social media to create a vibrant learning space. Our keynote is Dr Maren Deepwell, Chief Executive Officer, Association for Learning Technology who will help us to address the conference themes of Openness, Digital Identity, and Creativity. The programme is made up of a choice of 26 sessions submitted from across the sector, with plenty of opportunities to interact with presenters and facilitators and take part in challenges including #mugafesto - 'the elevator pitch on a mug' - the crowdsourcing activity that explains the value of social media for learning.
