I’ve updated CCP4 to the latest version (7.0.066) My Mac is updated to the latest OS (10.14.1) I’ve installed the latest JAVA version 1.8.0_191 When I try to use jlgand to build a modified residue I obtain the following error message Exception in thread "main" java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError at JLigand.main(JLigand.java:35) Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException at java.base/java.io.Reader.<init>(Reader.java:82) at java.base/java.io.InputStreamReader.<init>(InputStreamReader.java:72) at CharArray.append(CifFile.java:614) at CharArray.<init>(CifFile.java:610) at Env.<clinit>(T.java:312) ... 1 more I’ve tried to reinstall CCP4, but it did not work Any idea how to solve this problem ?
