Dear all,

You might have noticed that we have had to choose not to run T4I this year. We had a number of really interesting papers, but not enough to create a viable programme for a full conference this year.

However, CATCH at the University of Sheffield have kindly agreed to run a free meeting as an alternative CPD opportunity for this year.  This event would be on the 17th December, in Sheffield (a nice Christmassy venue!).  The programme will include presentations on: innovative switch developments; Specialist NHS England EC services update; outcome measures for EC; innovative communication aid developments; assistive technology hackathons.

CATCH have also secured support from Pitch-In to run an afternoon session focusing on the Internet of Things and internet connected assistive technologies. We will also be looking to involve AT developers/suppliers.

The programme is still relatively flexible, so get in touch directly if you feel there is something else you could contribute.  The event will offer the normal (rare) networking and knowledge exchange opportunities.

We will release (free) tickets for this event over the coming weeks, so for now if you are interested in this please save the date and signup to the T4I mailing list (where we will first publish the ticket signup).  Ticket availability will be limited (by the venue).

Cheers
