Hi All,
I think the key things here are:
- evaluate prototypes rather than the finished thing
- preferably in situ
- adopt different personas so you are looking at the signage from different
visitor perspectives
- within the context of the holistic vistor journey

I did thislast year at Technorama in Switzerland, working alongside the
design agency, and the process yielded excellent early-stage findings that
informed interative improvements,
