The Daphne Jackson Trust are the UK's leading organisation dedicated to realising the potential of scientists and engineers returning to research following a career break. See below for our current sponsored Fellowship opportunities:


1)      SCHOOL OF MATHEMATICS, UNIVERSITY OF LEEDS
Applications are invited for a two year Daphne Jackson Fellowship that will be hosted and fully sponsored by the School of Mathematics, University of Leeds. The fellowship is intended for individuals returning to research in the field of Mathematics.  The School of Mathematics<https://physicalsciences.leeds.ac.uk/info/6/school_of_mathematics> at the University of Leeds has an international reputation for teaching and research across Pure, Applied and Financial Mathematics and Statistics. 2)      UNIVERSITY OF NOTTINGHAM
Applications are invited for a two year Daphne Jackson Fellowship that will be hosted and half sponsored by the University of Nottingham. The remaining funding will be secured by the Daphne Jackson Trust from an additional sponsor. The University of Nottingham is committed to the advancement and promotion of the careers of women in STEM, holding an Athena Swan Silver Award for the whole of the University.  It's aim is to embed equal opportunity across all disciplines at the University and adhere to the principles set out in the Athena Swan Charter. The fellowship is intended for individuals returning to research in any STEM subject within the following Faculties:

*         Faculty of Medicine and Health Science<http://www.nottingham.ac.uk/mhs/index.aspx> * * Please note Fellowships are only offered in non-clinical areas of research

3)      CENTRE FOR RESEARCH IN ECOLOGY, EVOLUTION AND BEHAVIOUR, (CREEB<https://www.roehampton.ac.uk/research-centres/centre-for-research-in-ecology-evolution-and-behaviour/>), DEPARTMENT OF LIFE SCIENCES, UNIVERSITY OF ROEHAMPTON

Applications are invited for a three year Daphne Jackson Fellowship, that will be hosted and half sponsored by the University of Roehampton. The remaining funding will be secured by the Daphne Jackson Trust from an additional sponsor. The University of Roehampton is committed to the principles of Athena SWAN and the promotion of equality and diversity.
The closing date for applications is Sunday 4th November 2018.
