Anderson, if I average (resting state) Patient On Medication vs Controls and I average (resting state) Patient Off Medication vs controls, do the two groups not have different ICs. How do I go about averaging them.

Again this is what I would like to do:

Single-Group Paired Difference (Paired T-Test)

Now I would like to add a healthy group to the paired single group.
