When running the fsl_prepare_fieldmap with the corresponding inputs..... > fsl_prepare_fieldmap SIEMENS phase_map*.nii *eroded.nii fmap_rads 2.46 --nocheck I receive the error... fmap_rads not found/not an image file I am applying the command to a folder with just the magnitude field map (phase_map*.nii) and phase field map (*eroded.nii) The fmap_rads should be the output option for the code. Does this mean there is an issue with the inputs or the way I formatted the outputs?
