Hi Jordi,

When testing the timecourse of one seed, include the timecourses of all other seeds as nuisance in the model. That's it! The test statistic will be the one for a partial correlation.

All the best,

Anderson

Dear experts,

I previously run a series of seed-voxel correlation analyses using as seed spherical ROIs in the insulae.
Since I obtained quite similar connectivity profiles for many of the ROIs, I would like to perform partial-correlation to identify for each ROI the connectivity which is not shared with the other ROIs.
Could you please explain me a way to do this with FSL tools?

Thanks in advance.
Cheers,

Jordi
