Hi Liam,

If there is a tool ready for that I'm unaware of. Should't be hard, although you'd then need to write your own code (e.g., with Octave/Matlab or Python).

All the best,

Anderson

In fsl feat I want to generate cope images that contain the time series of modelled events rather than the average of those modelled events.

For example, I have 30 events that I need to model at the first level in fsl feat. How can I generate a cope image that contains the modelled time series of those 30 events, rather than the average of those 30 events? This is the same as the beta value time series generated in SPM. Is there something easy that you can implement in fsl feat to generate this type of modelled time series?

Apologies if I have cross posted – I cannot find anything on the forum that pertains to this query – if I have missed it please direct me to it.

Thank you,

Liam.
