Hi, Have a look at fslmeants to extract timeseries from your FAST masks. The 24 motion parameters typically include 6 motion parameters, 6 squares, 6 temporal derivatives and 6 squares of derivatives. I am trying to do two different pipelines of preprocessing of resting state fMRI data to see which one performs better. One using ICA AROMA, the other using Nuisance Regression. I menaged to run ICA AROMA and now I wanted to have the right regressors to do the nuisance regression. Does someone know how to do them? I'd like to have 24 regressors + WM + CSF. I know I can have the 24 regressors from the .par file in the mc folder of FEAT, but I don't kno whow to obtain those 24 regressors from the 6 I have. I also don't know how to have the WM and CSF. I did the segmentation using FAST, but I can't go on now. Thank you for any suggestion, Carlotta. ######################################################################## To unsubscribe from the FSL list, click the following link: https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?SUBED1=FSL&A=1 ----- Dr Janine Bijsterbosch Postdoctoral Researcher FMRIB Centre, University of Oxford John Radcliffe Hospital Oxford, United Kingdom [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> ######################################################################## To unsubscribe from the FSL list, click the following link: https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?SUBED1=FSL&A=1
