Hi Jasmin,

Sorry, I don't really understand what you mean. Seems you have 1 group of
patients, in which each patient has 2 visits (at two separate timepoints),
and you also have a second group of independent subjects that have just 1
visit, is that correct?

Also, what exactly would you like to test?
