On November 2, 2018, the Institute of International Relations (Kiev) and the Johan Skytte Institute of Political Studies, University of Tartu / TÜ J. Skytte poliitikauuringute instituut convene a panel session based on a special issue of the Journal of Soviet & Post-Soviet Politics & Society (ibidem-Verlag, vol. 4, no. 1, 2018) titled

 

“Identity Clashes: Russian and Ukrainian Debates on Culture, History and Politics.”

The event is aimed at presenting the journal issue to the Kyiv City professional audience of domestic and foreign policy experts and discussing the implications of divergent interpretations of key political concepts by Russian and Ukrainian authors.
