Colleagues--here is the latest ISSA eBulletin.  Please note that the deadline for submitting an abstract to ISSA 2019 in Dunedin, New Zealand is November 1, 2018.  This is earlier than typical as the ISSA Congress and the first ever pre-Congress Graduate Workshop will be held in April, 2019 (Congress is April 24-27; Workshop is April 22-23). More details about the Congress, the coming elections and other happenings are provided in the body of this eBulletin.
