Hello Dawn,
--T2 changes the extent parameter to 1 and the connectivity to 26.
Kind Regards

Hi Everyone,

I have been using TBSS to investigate DTI differences in schizophrenia.  I was hoping someone could explain the difference between using -T and the --T2 options in randomise.  They recommend the --T2 for skelotonised data, but don't provide any explanation for how it differs from the -T.

Thanks in advance,
