Hi All, I am running into problems running FEAT. The program seems to be getting stuck during registration. The program is not dying, but continues to run for hours (+24 hours), which does not seem right. The last command being displayed on the log is /bin/mkdir -p /PATH/subj.feat/reg... Then things do not progress from there. I have been able to run a few successful FEAT analyses, but it is random when it works (or so it seems). I am running a first-level preprocessing analysis and am on a MacOS High Sierra. There should be plenty of RAM left for the analyses (~2 GB). Has anyone run into a similar issue? Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
