Thanks everyone for the papers, its an odd situation as the culvert runs close to these trees and as you can see in the photo, the guy in the orange high viz, is standing at one of the manholes of the culvert. The landfill was unlicensed but no drainage engineer would have trees so close to any culverts and I doubt going by their size they were planted before the landfill was closed in the late 1980's. Kirstie PS thanks for the reminders to check CL:AIRE's wall, I had totally forgotten about that resource. Will try and remember it in the future.
