Hi In relion3.0, autopicking using a 3D reference map as an input picks particles uniformly spaced by the set interparticle distance, all over the micrograph indiscriminately. The projections created by the 3D reference is fine, so that part doesn't seem to be a problem. It is picking the particles from the created projections that are a problem. Are people facing similar issues and how can it be resolved?
