Hi,

There is an EGI operational procedure (PROC20) in place (https://wiki.egi.eu/wiki/PROC20_Support_for_CVMFS_replication_across_the_EGI_and_OSG_CVMFS_services) that regulates how CVMFS replication happens between EGI and OSG.
We followed it for some years now.

The OSG Stratum-1 admins should check and realise what specific requests are coming from UK/Europe and act accordingly i.e. make the appropriate request for repository replication (PROC20)

Cheers,
Catalin
