Hi All, hi Management,

I don't know if Imperial is the only site, but we currently see a huge
pressure on our resources from a large variety of VOs, several of them
(lsst, lz) marked as urgent.
So the Grid *is* usable outside the LHC.
So far so good, but what do I do now ? (That's a serious question. I'm
writing an IRIS request as we speak, but what I really need is a bunch
of cheap worker nodes and a couple of containers.)
