Hello all, Looking for some tips and expertise. I am looking to run a fun investigation that invites people to consider how to make the most aerodynamically shaped / best throwing American Football/Rugby ball. Does anyone know what the best way to go about looking at this from a scientific angle? My knowledge of aerodynamics and the mechanics of throwing a ball are quite limited, but want people to consider both the shape and weight/mass of a rugby ball-shaped object. Thanks in advance to the collective psci-com mind!
