I appreciate the input, Bill. Never weighed the amount of ground turmeric I put into either a half or whole teaspoon, but it's very inexpensive. Perhaps 10 doses for around 15 cents. Will do some more medical research to discover whether other sized dosages surface, but for now I'll believe ca. 5 grams/day.
