A digitized version(of the 1912 edition) is available online at the following address:

http://www.hist.msu.ru/Departments/Medieval/Cappelli/

A bit awkward to use, but no more so than the original.

I have never been able to locate a digitized copy on any of the usual sites. According to the Karlsruhe catalogue (KIT Bibliothek) Persee (www.Persee.fr<http://www.persee.fr/>) has a copy available, but I seem unable to reach that site tonight. Hathi Trust does as well, but one needs to be connected with a member institution to use Hathi Trust. But the usual suspects for locating ditized copies of out-of-copyright books (the Internet Archive; Google) come up empty.

On ABE Books, a search for the title brings up a list of 42 copies, starting at US$34.22. And on Maremagnum (in Italy) there are 21 copies, at various prices.
