Dear all, The following job has been advertised at St Mary's University in Twickenham: Job Title: Head of Resources and Content Department: Library Services Salary: £36,613 per annum Hours: 36 hours per week Closing date: 12th August 2018 We are seeking to recruit a leader for our Resources and Content team. The team is responsible for all aspects of library procurement and resource discovery. This includes the administration of the library resources budget and oversight of the library management system, resource discovery systems etc. The team also manages the university's research repository and this role has a specific responsibility for supporting compliance for REF2021 and developing broader support for research. The role holder will be part of the Library management Team and will contribute to the development of all library policy. You will need to have the capability to lead staff, identify and implement innovative changes to services and have or develop considerable expertise in relation to library systems, budgeting, procurement and open access publishing and research support.
