It’s not an OpenAthens issue. Slow response times also via EZproxy and Shibboleth. It seems to be an intermittent problem. Just got: “Secure Connection Failed” and “Maintenance…” notices. There was a report on the EZproxy mailing list earlier this month that Wiley DOIs should still be resolved via HTTP protocol but access via both protocols was okay today when the connection wasn’t dropped. Hi, We seem to have been experiencing problems with access to Wiley Online Library both on and offsite over the weekend and the problems are still ongoing. Sometimes we get a message that the site is under Maintenance and at other times the connection times out. Is anyone else experiencing problems with access? I know that Cochrane Library is migrating with the launch of the new site expected tomorrow, but don’t remember seeing any notices about down time for either Cochrane Library or Wiley Online Library – have I missed something?
