Dear Colleagues, I am looking for papers dealing with factors controlling style of the thin-skinned deformation (folding and thrusting vs. thrusting without folding). Apart from pre-existing structures and lithological changes in detachment level, I am especially interested in influence of the sedimentary cover thickness and depth of the basement. Would you provide me references to papers considering these problems? I would be grateful for each response.
