Hi All, We are trying to run a dual regression on resting state ICA data using this command: dual_regression groupmelodic.ica/melodic_IC.nii.gz 1 NewModel_Jul17.mat NewModel_Jul17.con 5000 dualreg_output `cat ICA_List.txt` It seems to work fine and gives us stage 1 and stage 2 results however it can't output stage 3 files. The only error that we can see is in drB and states that it cannot open volume mask ALL for reading even though the file has been created.
