Hi All,

 

I’ve just been told that when we archive we need to keep 19+ learner information until 1 December 2030, and 16-18 learner information for 7 years, ESFA ruling.  Now our files are not differentiated by age, just by board/subject, is anyone else aware of this and how are you overcoming it?

Please note that mobile phones and smartwatches are not permitted into Examination Rooms, please remind your students that they must hand their mobile phone/smartwatch into the Examinations Team for safe keeping before their examination.  Anyone found to have a mobile phone/smartwatch in an examination will be jeopardising their examination.
