Research Studentship (3 years)
The PhD will be developed around behaviour and culture change linked to the implementation of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) initiatives at an organisational level. The research will be interdisciplinary and inter-institutional, and will involve an element of travel within the UK.
You will have a Master's degree in a relevant social science discipline (such as psychology,  sociology, social policy) and a keen interest in EDI.
Studentship: Standard UKRI (fees + stipend). The project is funded by the EPSRC as part of their Inclusion Matters Programme, and is based on an interdisciplinary collaboration between academic and non-academic partners.
